- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-natural applesuce
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin top tin with coconut oil, and set aside.
- In separate bowls, combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin top tin. Bake for about 15 minutes.
