- 6 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white, beaten

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, combine water, honey and oil; then add yeast.
- In a separate bowl, combine flours and salt.
- Whisk egg into liquid ingredients, then combine with dry.
- Form dough into a baguette and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Brush top with beaten egg white.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until browned.
- Cool completely before slicing.
