Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil. Take chicken out of package, pat dry and place on foil.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each thigh, and rub in with finger.
  3. Sprinkle on salt and desired seasoning, to taste.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine water, honey and oil; then add yeast.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flours and salt.
  4. Whisk egg into liquid ingredients, then combine with dry.
  5. Form dough into a baguette and place on greased cookie sheet.
  6. Brush top with beaten egg white.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until browned.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.

Instructions
  1. Add olive oil to skillet, and in 3 batches, brown cabbage slices; gently turning over with a spatula. Set aside.
  2. Add more olive oil to skillet if needed, saute sliced onions for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and saute another minute.
  3. Add all of sliced cabbage back to the skillet with onions and garlic. Saute until soft, about 8-10 more minutes. Sprinkle with salt to taste, and serve. May also be eaten at room temperature.

Instructions
  1. Brown ground turkey in coconut or avocado oil.
  2. Add sweet potato and squash; stir well. Add additional vegetables as desired. Stir well and break up as needed.
  3. Add coconut milk, to taste, and chopped greens. Stir and cook until greens are wilted.
  4. Season to taste with turmeric, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Stir well and serve hash topped with chopped scallions.

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Chop vegetables into similar sized pieces.
  3. Drizzle vegetables with oil, and toss well.
  4. Season vegetables with salt, pepper and add chopped herbs. Toss well.
  5. Spread on baking sheet, and roast until golden, about 20-30 minutes; flipping once about halfway through.

Instructions
  1. Make a Dipping Sauce by combining to taste: coconut milk, fresh lime juice, chopped fresh basil, chopped scallions, and a dash of salt. Blend well. Before serving, let sit for flavors to combine.
  2. Layer slices of ham, avocado and pineapple. Lay on lettuce leaves and roll like a cigar. Secure with a toothpick, if desired. Serve with dipping sauce.
